The holy ritual of Dwajasthamba sthapana was performed at the Trichanoor Sri Srinivasa temple in the Sri PAT complex as part of the Mahasamprokshana and Punah prasthipana event.
Speaking on the ocassion the Tirupati JEO Sri Pola Bhaskar said that the TTD had adopted the temple in 2008 under the aegis of Sri Anantashayana Iyengar and spent over Rs 5 crore on its development and the Punah prathispana and Maha samproksana rituals will continue from April 24 to April 27, 2018.
Prominent among those who participated in the event were Sri Muniratnam Reddy Dy EO of Sri PAT, Kankana bhattar Sri Rajesh, Sri Venugopalacharya, DyEE Sri Umashankar, AEO Sri Subramanyam, AVSO Sri Parthasarathy Reddy, vedic pundits and others.
