Ninth Day of Navratri: Rajarajeshwari Puja, Siddhidhatri Puja & Kamala Puja

Ninth day of Navratri is known as Maha Navami Durga Puja. In 2015, 9th day of Navratri is on October 21.

Colour of the day: Sky Blue

Naivedyam of the day: Pulihora & Garelu are offered in South India.

It is the last day of Navratri which concludes with Saraswati Visarjan or Saraswati Udyapan. It is also culminates Devi Triratra vrata (3-day or 3-night Devi vrata).

Rajarajeshwari Puja is observed on this day. Goddess Durga is decorated and worshipped in the form of Rajarajeshwari Devi.

The last and ninth Navadurga Goddess Siddhidhatri Puja is performed by Navadurga Shakteya sampradaaya people.

Kamalatmika or Kamala Dasamahavidya is worshipped on 9th day of Navratri as a part of Dasamahavidya puja in Navratri.

Ayur Devi is the Goddess to worship on ninth day of Navratri as part of Saptamatrika and Ashtamatrika puja.
