Meru Trayodashi

Meru Trayodashi is a popular Jain festival. In 2015, Meru Trayodashi date is January 18, Sunday.

This festival is celebrated to mark the Nirvana of the first Tirthankar of the Jain religious Rishabha Dev. It is believed that Shri Rishabh Dev got Nirvana on Ashtapad Mountain.
