In 2011, a well-known Durga Puja in Kolkata will be beamed live at a Durga Puja in London, UK. It is true as the two Puja Pandals have signed in a contract and the arrangement for this are going on. The two Durga Puja Pandals are: the College Square Sabojonin Durgotsav of Kolkata & a Durga Puja committee at Harrow, London’s west suburb.
Harrow Mayor Mrinal Chowdhury announced the tie-up between two puja committees during a function in Kolkata recently. College Square puja committee representatives also confirmed the same during the function.
