Karvetinagaram Venugopala Swamy Suprabhatham released…. The famous Lord Sri Venugopala Swamy temple at Karvetinagaram is all set to wake up to the divine call of “Devaki Supraja Deva Purva Sandhya Pravarthathe” from Tuesday on wards with TTD JEO Sri Pola Bhaskar formally launching the new Suprabhatam CD for the temple on the auspicious day of Srikrishna Janmasthami on Monday evening in the holy temple.

It is an age old practice in globally famous Tirumala shrine that the presiding deity of Lord Sri Venkateswara is used to wake up to the melodious tunes of “Kousalya Supraja Rama Purva Sandhya Pravarthathe” which was penned by Prativadi Bhyankara Annan. On the same lines, Sri Varadacharya of Karvetinagaram temple has penned this Suprabhatam and dedicated this to Lord Sri Venugopala Swamy.

Revealing this on the occasion of the release of new audio CD at Sri Venugopala Swamy temple in Karvetinagaram, the Tirupati JEO Sri P Bhaskar said a retired Head Master Sri Vijaya Kumar has brought to his notice about this famous verse penned by Sri Varadacharya and also given him the text some time ago. “With this we developed a new audio CD rendered in the melodious voice of our lecturer of SV College of Music and Dance Smt Dr K Vandana which came out very well under TTD’s SV Recording Project. We welcome such suggestions and participation from the public so that we can bring out some useful and interesting CDs of this genere”, the JEO added.

The JEO said, Lord Sri Krishna has a special place among the ten incarnations of Lord Sri Maha Vishnu. “The Bhagavat Gita delivered by Lord Himself is a master piece for all ages and every one. Every verse of Gita is useful to build our career in a positive way. Today on this auspicious occasion of Sri Krishna Janmasthami we have released this new Suprabhatam CD for this ancient temple and this will be played every day during Suprabhata Seva”, he added.

Later the JEO feliciated Smt Vandana for rendering the Suprabhatam to finesse.
