    we have already booked air tickets to USA on 16 June 2011 early morning at 01.05 from Hyderabad reporting time 2 hrs before scheduled time what is the best time to leave the place..

      It is better to leave the home before starting of Chandra Grahanam (before 10.45′). So it is okay for you to maintain good time.

      Either the chandra grahan visible or not visible, the effect will be there on the people residing in India. In Goa, the eclipse will be visible partially.
