Ban ‘Dhundi, The story of a forester becoming Ganapathi’, a Controversial Book on Lord Ganesha, urge the Hindu organizations. In the book ‘Dhundi’, the author Yogesh has made highly derogatory and objectionable remarks the on the relationship of Lord Shiva, Goddess Parvati and Lord Ganesha.
Owing to the criticisms from many Hindu organisations,though Yogesh had given public apology he had justified his writing.
The author of a controversial Kannada novel which reportedly made derogatory references to Lord Ganesha was arrested today on charge of hurting the sentiments of a community.
The police of Kalasipalya, Bangalore have arrested Yogesh in the evening on 29th August 2013 due to the charges made by the Hindu outfits.
