Ashad Maas 2017 in Gujarati Calendar

Ashad Maas (Ashadh mahina, Ashadh month) is the 9th month in traditional Gujarati Panchang. In 2017, Ashadh Maas begins on June 24 and ends on July 23 as per the Gujarati calendar. The same dates are referred to as Ashada maas in Marathi, Telugu and Kannada Amavasyanth lunar calendars.

Ashad Mahina is considered as inauspicious for any shubhakaryam such as marriage, engagement ceremony, Gruh pravesh (house warming ceremony), etc.

Jaya Parvati Vrat 2017 dates: Jayaparvati Vrat begins on 7 July and Jaya Parvati Jagran is on July 10.
