Bathukamma festival is the biggest cultural festival of Telangana region in Andhra Pradesh. Bathukamma 2009 date is September 26. The festival starts on September 19 and ends on 26th. This year, Telangana Jagruti, a cultural organization, will celebrate Batukamma vedukalu in the association of TV9 News Network and Andhra Jyothi.
The organization is going to organize the proud fest of Telangana in every town and village in the state, New Delhi and in United States of America, Australia, UK and Dubai from the first day of Durga Navaratri. The celebrations may end on Bathukamma pandaga (the culmination or immersion day of Bathkamma). Jagruti is planning to organize Jatharas (fairs) in selected places in Telangana region.

Most of telangana people working in very low level jobs in government sectors because we are telangana.
now in government sectors telangana employees is only 4% because we are telangana and our state capital is in telangana
Telangana people is poor due to agriculture from telangana most of children is uneducated. Many rivers going through telanagana to andhra but telangana is dry.andhra is green
& rich because they diverted our water to andhra.
This is the time to fight for telangana.If we will not fight now we cant get telagana in our whole life even for our next generation.
