116 Feet Saibaba idol
116 Feet Saibaba statue at Repur, Kakinada, East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh is the world’s biggest Saibaba idol. This cement statue was unveiled on 1st January 2012.
The organizers have spent approximately 3 crore rupees for this idol which took 11 years to construct.
This giant idol weighs more than 1000 tons. This idol along with the temple is being inaugurated during Navaratri Prajankitha Pratishta Mahotsavams which are held from December 15 to 23rd, 2012.
Repuru Sri Shirdi Saibaba Sevashramam is administrating this temple. The statue construction is managed by Ammula Sambashiva Rao.
